They're S3 (only) heads, smaller oval intake ports (and there's the 'standoff' inserts for the valve cover cap screws). You can bolt them to an S4 block and put an S4 intake on top but the valves are smaller (35/32 vs 37/34 for S4) and there will be terrible port mismatching at the intake manifold.
S3 valves are hideously expensive from Porsche so you'd probably get to $6K or so for all the pictured parts if you bought them individually, but good used S3 heads are relatively inexpensive here. 928 International has 10 or 15 sets piled up.
If you wanted a new S3 head for a footrest or a pillow, Mark has a NOS bare head (no valves) in stock for $350. https://shop.928intl.com/Cylinder-he...28-104-050-01/

If anyone needs S3 heads we have so many in garage (at least 6, maybe 8) that we do not know where to put them all. Problem is they are so heavy it makes no sense to ship them anywhere where they would be needed. Also too much other stuff to do for really try to sell them. Tried years ago locally. No takes for 50 euros per head.
