Default Favorite roads & signs...
Driving our cars is why most of us have them.

This thread celebrates the road signs that warn most of what's ahead... But inspire us to push that exhilarator pedal on the right...

Probably not the intent of the thread, but these are some of my favorite road signs.

Interstate 72 outside of Springfield, IL:


The western terminus of the transcontinental US 50 in Sacramento:


And a Costco/Target shopping complex just outside of Chicago:

One of the best drives in the state of Arkansas eastbound on AR74 from Ponca to Jasper. There are several signs like this including one that warns of 10% grade IIRC. Of course, if you drive the Ozark highlands enough you see these signs a lot.

Ha! I would see that sign from my white 928 2x every weekend for about a year when I had a contract in Jacksonville while living in Tampa. Always wanted to check out their fresh cantaloupes....
