Default Wanted: oversize S4/GT piston

Ok all you parts hoarders! I need your help. I am looking for 1st oversized piston for an S4/GT motor I am building (My first motor teardown Last Page). The bore is damaged an will need to be enlarged to remove the water corrosion. Oversized pistons are not available from Porsche 928 International does not have a used or otherwise piston. I am hoping someone on the forum may have one or know somebody with one.

If you have one or know of one DM me or hit me up here. See below for specs and part numbers. Thanks in advance!

Michael,
from my experience you should place a search in EBay worldwide and also in German Kleinanzeigen.
Someone will sell a shopinventory with hopefully pistons.

I put in my Kleinanzeigen account here in Germany a search quest for Kolben 100,5 mm and if something occur I sent it to you or if you find one before I sent it Greg.

0.250mm isn't much. Is it certain that 1st oversize is large enough to fix that problem? Changing bore center might help a little and get you all what oversize can give but even 0.500mm isn't that much.

Alusil sleeve.
$95 for a new piston, from 928 International.
Done.

The machine shop was convinced the damage could be removed by removing between 0.20mm - 0.25mm from the bore. That doesn't make it a certainty but high confidence.

I think the oversized pistons have been gone a while. As usual, better follow Greg's advice. Even if it hurts.
