I know it seems very counter-intuitive to reduce the size of a sway bar.
If the rest of the suspension is "freed" up, this will reduce understeer and increase turn in, fairly significantly.
When we first tried this smaller sway bar, in our test mule vehicle, the test driver absolutely would not let us change it back.
Maybe it's just the reduction in weight, between hollow and solid?
