disconnect the pump harness in the LR fender well
NOTE you will have to remove the crumbling fender liner for full access

If you have trouble getting the fender liner off due to not being able to remove the wheel, it might be uncomfortable, but I think you could access the plug through the rear turn signal. (that’s assuming you have a US version.) I don’t think you can reach the plug from under the car because there’s a heat shield right below the PSD.

FWIW – I’d be very, very careful with the fender liner. The originals crumble like pringle potato chips and cost ~$600 each to replace.

The relay and fuse for the PSD pump are located in the spare tire well, behind a triangular plastic cover-- in the far left corner.
That's probably a lot easier to get to than the pump or pressure switch behind the wheel liner.

As an aside, it might be prudent to remove the fender liner and bleed, your PSD pump. There’s an online procedure. You may fix it, and it will return proper operation. Then all you need to do is buy a new fender liner.
