LOL – Ironically, that’s what has me jammed up. I bought a spare cluster from y’all years ago and now when I need the digi-dash, I take it apart and find the digi-dash didn’t have the frame around it or screws to hold it in place. I thought it was odd – and when I installed it I discovered a couple of the cells didn’t work on the display. Now I know why… someone else knew that and brought it to y’all and someone wrote “core?” on it. And then some other idiot bought it…

So my records show we sold you a "Used Partial Cluster" in 2011. As with all used parts we sell we guarantee them for 1 year.

Hi Mark - No issue with the warranty period - that's squarely on me. My beef is the need to buy a whole cluster for one part (again). And repeating a scenario where x years in the future, when I need another part from that cluster, it may not work and be out of warranty. Alternatively, I could buy a whole cluster, ops-test the entire unit and find one part that doesn't work and ask to return it - but then I still don't get the one part I need. Said another way, it's forcing the customer to purchase a whole cluster and unnecessarily buy parts they don't need. I'm just asking that you please consider selling parts to the component level; similar to the PET:
