Very nice.

The adapters will definitely fit newer magnetic Escort mounts, specifically MAXcam 360c?

($79 - $7.90 = $71.10)

I see Go Pro adapters but nothing for a V1/V2 Valantine radar detector

Thanks!

We've had good luck with using the bottom segment of this one on Amazon:
Radar Detector Rearview Mirror Stem Mount w/Magnetic Cradle for Escort Radar Detector Rearview Mirror Stem Mount w/Magnetic Cradle for Escort

The segment shown in red will attach right into the RoadSpy and the magnet is pretty strong. The rest of that Chinese made mount overall isn't the greatest, lol, but the segment you need is actually pretty good and it's inexpensive. (EDIT) Because there are so many variations of radar detector brands/models we don't include those adapters in the package (you will receive the common 1/4" camera adapters and a phone mount). So we can provide links like this one for now and will offer them soon on our website for your specific radar detector model.

There is an adapter available on eBay now that attaches to the Gen1 and Gen2 windshield mount with the suction cups removed. I haven't tried it yet so can't comment on how well it works, however, I'm developing an adapter now that is made from metal that will attach right to the RoadSpy. ETA is late summer. On some of these adapters where there's already a couple of good quality options, we're working on a list of where you can buy them. On adapters for popular radar detectors like the Valentines, if there isn't a really good one out there, we'll make one.

Put one on a 87 last night, fits well, I have been looking at the Escort 360 now that the car is on the road. My assumption was there was an adapter for the Escort since one of the photos showed that! I am waiting for a reply from Escort about a power cord since I do not want to use the cigarette port. Looks like I will have to try the above adapter for an Escort.

Thanks for your order! The pic below shows the different mounts that come in the box: 1) The integrated GoPro-style mounts so most GoPro cameras as well as other brands with that style mount will hook directly into without any adapters needed. 2) A common 1/4" adapter that works with most other cameras like INSTA360, DJI, etc. 3) A phone mount that has a spring-loaded adjustable arm to work with almost every cellphone made today.
Thanks for the feedback on the radar detector adapter, I'm going to add some wording to each of the radar detector reference pics that show their adapters in use and letting people know they don't come in the package. Unfortunately, each radar detector brand and model has its own adapter so there are dozens of them and I'm working on a list of those plus where to buy them. I'll source them in bulk over the next month or so and put them on our website so folks can choose everything they need and place one order with us so they get everything they need in one package. This is the adapter you'll need for your Escort 360, it's the one I referenced above in this thread from Amazon. I have an extra one and can mail it out today, no charge, PM me with your name and I'll send it out:

Well I appreciate the offer, I went and ordered that mount so I will not need yours. I do think that your product is well made and fits fine. I realize that there are several detectors on the market each with its on mount.

Thank you Dan. If you need a little more room for the Escort to drop down I just sent you a short riser that will drop the Escort down to clear the manual dimmer tab if it's in the way. You should receive it in a few days. For anyone needing the same setup here's the links to both the adapter (magnetic/GoPro knuckles portion only needed) and the riser (comes in a set with a long riser as well):

I just got mine in and attached it and I like it alot. Save me from adding a mirror I don't want. It will stick far enough into the window for the GPS to work.
I had modified a visor attachment for the GPS to work and now with this the wife can lower the visor when she is in the car with me!

Nice! Thanks for the pic. Can you move the dimmer tab back/forth without it hitting the top of the Escort?

It can move it and does not rub the top of the radar detector. If it is an issue for me I got that extender that you posted above on my Amazon list. I don't drive this car that much at night. I was looking at an early Boxster mirror to get this detector off of my visor also I don't like suction cup solution that they all provide IMO.

Thanks for making this. I will be testing the position of the device after I get my interior put back together later this month.

Great product and nice to see it works very well in a 928.
As soon as you have an adapter for the Valentine radar detector I will be all in.
And I have a few 928's so maybe a quantity discount 8>
