Wow,

That's quite a list. What year car is it? How about stick or auto?

Replace the suspension bushings in the upper control arms. The bolts are almost impossible to get to with the motor in.

The expansion tank is also a bitch to get in/out with the motor in place.

Any rubber hoses (there's one for the ISV) that are under the manifold.

Silver with Black, nice color combo.

I'm with the other Mike, any of the suspension, upper & lower a-arms or just bushings will be easier while you've got the space. Tie rods OK? Boots? I just found out one of my tie rods is bent. I can't understand why it doesn't feel wrong when I drive it but it's got a definite hook to it.

How about a set of new injectors. They are cheap (~$200/set). Just make sure you buy the Ford Motorsport units and not the Porsche OEM, otherwise the price will be 8x more.

I for one would buy the complete gasket kit for the 87 motor. There are smaller seals in there that you are leaving out of your list. A few that come to mind are the 3 or seals that are by the coolant bridge, and the donuts that seal the spark plug holes under the valve cover by the head. All these come in the kit.

Keep the nitro pills handy for the bill.

A really thorough cleaning would be on my list.

What was the issue with your car? Wasnt it a suspected thrust bearing failure? Youve got the engine back together so quickly?

- Oil pressure bypass kit (above the pressure sender)
- Both main seals, oil pump seals if not done as part of TB/WP job
