Post Brake PR light flashing

The machanic finally put on the driver's side cam shaft. I told me he had to remove the brake master cyclinder to get through some hard to get bolts when installing the cam shaft. Now the Brake PR light is flashing on the console. The brakes work okay... Any suggestions...

Your mechanic probably screwed up the brake light/warning system switches on the bottom of the master cylinder. Check the wiring for the two switches - both must be hooked up for the warning system and the brake lights to function properly.

I've had a recurring problem with mine as well - the warning will begin flashing for no apparent reason. I'm assuming I have a faulty sensor connection.

To clear the warning, disconnect the negative lead from the battery for 1 minute. If the warning immediately returns, something is not properly connected, as Wally indicated above.
