adjustable sway bar links
one of my custumers installed the sway bar links front and rear and the said it drives worse. at what length have you folks found the best proformance on these adjustable links. (he is a very aggressive driver, especially when his nitro button is depressed). he also brought the mirror upgrade kits and wants them installed, he lost the wiring diagram that was provided. does anybody have this diagram or is it a pin to pin swap out? thanks in advance folks joel
p.s. got out two new tools yesterday. a relay tester that works. and or short circut transmitter that attaches to the blowing fuse holder and the little short sniffer that goes with it. led me right to the broken wires at driver door hinge. i will post the tool numbers as soon as i can

Can't really provide specific advice based on [quote]drives worse,<hr></blockquote> but I'm guessing it's got too much oversteer or understeer. The general rules are:
a) to lessen oversteer or increase understeer, stiffen the front bar or soften the rear bar.
b) to lessen understeer or increase oversteer, soften the front bar or stiffen the rear bar.
Those rules are subject to exceptions, such as softly sprung cars that roll a lot may be made to understeer less by stiffening the front bar (it may keep the tires in better contact with the pavement due to less roll).
Presently, my GT has the front adjustable links, as I feel it helps it turn in better at autocross. I returned to the stock rear links, because stiffening the rear bar made it oversteer too much.
Other potential problems could be that you/he preloaded one or both of the bars during installation, or that its tightened up the ride and the customer just doesn't like that. Is there more info available about how the car drives/rides?
