Turbo Twist 18x7.5/10 on S4?
Yes, I searched! There's quite a few different opinions and experiences, and the Wheel Fittment spreadsheet says it's going to be very close on the inside of the rear. Offset is 50 front, 65 rear, with 225/40 front, 265/35 rear tires mounted.
This is a deal that's almost too good to pass up, and some say it fits fine, others say it needs a spacer. The intent isn't for max grip, I'm tired of the poor etched manhole covers, and this is going to cost less than a new set of 16" tires, updating the look in the bargain.
There's also quite a bit of debate on the size of the spacers, not looking to maximize the track, more interested in preventing rubbing. Appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks!

I've had two sets of 18" wheels on my S-4 with those same offsets and they both fit perfect. I put 225x40x18s in the front and I have 285x30x18s in the rear and they fit perfect w/o spacers . If you don't want 285s in the rear, you can put 265s with 19mm spacers. Personally, I did not like the ride with the spacers , felt a little unstable. Good luck

I've just put those on my car.
There is only 3mm to the inner fender, so i decided to use a 5mm spacer on the rears.
Btw i'm running 245/35-18 on the front and 285/30-18 on the rear.
found them on evil-bay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...150270489&rd=1
Cheers,
Bernhard

I also have a set for sale
I have a set (wheels/tires) that I purchased from 928 International in hopes of putting them on one of my S4s. Since I will be selling the cars, I can now sell the setup.
They are brand new, never been mounted on the car. No center caps.
$1000 for the setup. Ideally I would like to sell them locally, but if not, I will arrange the shipping.
996 Turbo Twist style wheels (made in Italy)
8x18" (50mm offset) front - Falken FK-452s 225/40ZR18
10x18" (65mm offset) rear - Falken FK-452s 275/35ZR18
Thank you for your time.

Just curious, why use the spacers if it's a 265? Sits in too far, so it's a cosmetic thing? I'm not a huge fan of spacers, if I can avoid them.
Genuine Porsche wheels, I think? I tried to take photos of the part number after I cleaned them off.
Photos of the new wheels
The rear tires are in bad shape, but I have two new ones thrown in on the deal. It was really a ridiculous price that I couldn't pass on, if I don't care for them, I can always sell them for what I have in them.
Also not sure about those center caps, they're not flat, so I'm thinking I may need to buy some new ones. They're very nice looking, but if it doesn't fit...

These MM replicas are on my '85. They fit great,

Thanks for all the replies, it's really helping to put my mind at ease. Just had the two new tires installed on the rear wheels, and if anyone was wondering, it *is* possible to put two of the 18" rear wheels in the back of a 928. Tight fit, but it does work.
Now comes the hard part of putting them on the car and praying the center cap fits on the front. In this GA heat, need to hurry before it hits 100F, 9 AM and it's already 84!

Well, the nose hadn't dropped back down after being in the air, but it looks great!
Rides fine, doesn't look like there's any clearance issues front or rear, and besides less self-centering, it drives fine.
Thanks for all the comments!
