SF Bay Area Evening Get Together - 8-22-07

Bay Area Shark Owners:

For the past few summers back when I had my 993 P-Cars, some of us 993 owners would hook up in the evenings for coffee, car looksies and tech talk.

With my changing up and now owning a Shark ;^), I thought I try hosting the same sort of gig for the 928 folks. Anyone interested ???

(Note: Anyone who is a car junkie is welcome, not just Sharks...)

Here's the details:

When: Wednesday, August 22nd, 7:30PM - 9:30 PM - Open House

Where: Starbucks, Danville (near Trader Joes)
1 Railroad Avenue
Danville, CA
925-743-1664

Directions:
From I-680, take the Diablo Road Exit
Follow Diablo Road West into Danville
Turn Right (North) on Danville Blvd.
Look for the Chevron Station / Car Wash
Turn Left on Railroad Avenue
Starbucks is in the first shopping center, across from the Chevron.

I'll be flying in that night... just after the event. Damn. Oh well. My rented Sebring or comparable wouldn't have added much to the show, lol.

I should be able to make this --granted I get my PS hoses in time, and finish the phone-dial refurb.

This is starting to sound like an event, tho. Shouldn't we give it a name, say:
Sharks in the Dark!
