I figure it costs at least fifty cents a mile just for gas and tires. Only after that it starts to get expensive.
Still less cost than a new Accord for the same time/miles. Which would you rather arrive in?

When a day at a baseball game can cost $40 and a concert can cost $100 or more, I consider burning a tank of gas thru my 928 a bargain. It's an awful lot of smiles for 50 or 60 bucks.

Nope thats how much I've spent SINCE I bought the car....... I didn't count the $11,500 I paid to Devek to fix the car when I bought it, since I consider that part of the purchase price.....IF I counted that minus the $4k purchase price I'm at $1.67 a mile...... so in theory I paid $15,500 when I bought the car....
I can't think of another car I could have for the total amount I have invested that would be anywhere near as much plus a car I can drive on trips to just about anywhere & not even counting the cool factor.... Sure there are cheaper cars that are "faster" and luxury cars that are "nicer"...other cars that are more exotic....but none that have it all!!
