Vacuum limiter?

Do you mean the one-way valve off the brake booster?

Or the flying-saucer disc that attaches to the right side of the throttle body?

Answer is the same regardless; the Big 3.

Remove it and cap it off (5/8" and 3/4" rubber plugs)!

I removed all the vacuum robbing devices and my throttle response was very much improved.

(Not to mention the greatly improved access to and around the throttle body.)

Whay are the consequences of removing the vacuum limiter and capping of the 3 connections that go to it?
Especially the connection to the Distributor

Just curious

Thanks

Careful, Porken has an L jet, not a CIS system, judging by the picture....
