If all that was going out the pipes, it would look like a steam car.
Something is not adding up here.
Tell me how you did the block check, in detail please.
Was it hot? (you have said it was)
How many pumps did you do on the vapor draw?
Did any coolant get sucked up into the tester?
Have you pressure tested it cold and hot?
After a test drive how long does it take for the radiator hoses to get "not firm" from loss of pressure?
Is it running hot at any point? Has it ever ran hot?
Personally I am not to worried about the milk in the oil filler.
Like I have said, I have seen that before and it just be condensate, but I assumed you cleaned it out before your last test drive.
And it came back, but only there, and you are not "making" any oil? right?
I still think we have a external leak some where.
But I am often wrong when trying to diagnosis problems from my couch.

First I tested the leak tester fluid by exalting into my hand and sucking the exhaled air into the intake hole (pressing the pump 2-3 times). The fluid change from blue to green.
Then I use the "routine maintenance test" as specified in the documentation included with the test. I seat the rubber intake on the radiator filler neck without touching the coolant and squeeze 5 times.
I did the last test with the engine in normal operating temp.
Concerning the coolant pressure test, I did both cold and hot test.
I did not test the radiator hoses to get "not firm" from loss of pressure. Will do today.
Since I bought the car, it has never run hot, at least not on the temp gauge. In fact, the gauge is stable at 1/3 . Like MrMerlin suggest, I will use a IR thermometer to verify for sure.
I drove the car last October from Columbus, OH to Montreal (750 miles) without an issues. Since then I only put 700 miles on it. I changed the coolant this winter during the TB/WP and intake refurb. jobs. The only thing that change was that I use Water Wetter and a mix of 35% coolant - 65 % water.

The next time you test it get at least 20 squeezes on it.
The one we use is a little different, it has 2 fluid chambers and the top one seems way more sensitive for some reason.
How long are you leaving the pressure tester on?

I did a 30 miles ride this morning and after 15 minutes there is still pressure on the hoses.
For the coolant pressure test, I left the pressure on (cold test) for about 20-30 minutes. Around 10 minutes for the hot test.

I also have the 2 fluid chambers type tester. It saids in the docs than the reading should be take on the top one.

How does the oil and coolant look now?
I feel for ya man, I just went through this on another car of mine, it was frustrating.

one other clue is the coolant mix and then where that car was??
Is it possible that you have gotten the car into freezing conditions and the coolant mix may have frozen and cracked something.
Normal coolant mix should be 50 50 with a bit more coolant added for lower temps

I will go for a longer ride and post results.
But I have no idea where the white deposit on the DS manifold is coming from.
Thanks all for your help.

Yes I clean the filler neck last night and just did it again. I also clean the coolant filler neck to be that the cap is making a good seal.
