I posted facts, I questioned Dave on his posts. He didn't think that was fair I would question him on his eroneous posts, and how they contradict some of Garrities emails and statements. Can't help the drama Dave is creating by his posts. Can't help the inuendos drama slander others post.

Sean, a simple solution without pics is to ask Garrity to post his email to me telling me he would machine in the cooling mods in the heads he sent me. This would clear this all up with everyone on Rennlist on the missing parts.

In the past I asked for bill of lading for all parts being sent to me via Motorsports, did they send one? NO. Did they send any pictures? No. When they asked for info during this fiasco I gave it.

When I asked for the pictures of the GT head I imported. Motorsports never sent a pic, never replied to my request. As to me posting pics at this time is not wise. They are GT heads with cooling mods.

I have to sincerely apologise to everyone not directly involved in this train wreck, I know you don't have to read it but it's hard to look away.

The fact this thread survived as long as it did is a testimonial to the difference between a Rennlist sponsor, and a company that does not give $$ to IB.

Enough here seem to enjoy drama (and creating their own personal brand of horse **** inuendo out of their own demons) and therefore the thread has been left to run its course......

For the record, the first person here to use the word "inuendo" was Dozbush. I see no inuendo anywhere in this thread. Yes Gretch I do agree there have been those who have come here to drive their own agenda, who the hell knows why ... stolen 928's and all sorts of peripheral crap that has zero to do with the question at hand. As for MY involvement, I was very interested in pursuing the TRUTH, because I wanted to know who had stolen what from whom, so we (I) could know whom not to deal with in future. Theft of engine parts, to me, is a deal breaker. I also happen to be someone who by nature detests lying thieving a-holes, and for that reason alone, was interested in outing whatever happened here.

I initially saw dogpiling on Garrity with no real facts, and I wanted to try to get past that, and we did. Then I saw dogpiling on Dozbush and again we got past that ... sort of. My opinion had actually swayed a little in the direction of Dozbush's favour but after several manical unsolicited emails from him, and his FU attitude in this thread, I say F$$K him. Smells like ****, must be ****. If he was in fact wronged here, he likely deserved it. I know I would not deal with someone like that.

In my opinion it is pretty clear what happened here. And I stand by what I last said.
