How the heck did you get 114mm ? Thats a big difference. Double check my math but that's what I measured on mine and thats what I machined my rails to fit.

ya its 121. i was going in-between in injector boss's and was doing it all by holding it down with my fingers. but today i cut the rails to length and used tape to hold on the injector boss with the injectors... trial fit. works good.

BUT.... my damn TIG welder keeps blowing the breaker (dryer outlet) when i try to get the amps hot enough to weld the damn rail..... UGH.... i hate not having my own shop with a good welding rated outlet.

now i have to find a welding shop.... GURRRR..... And i went to school for welding and i have to pay some else to do it... Sigh...

The C-C between cylinders is 122mm (4.803"). Should be the same for injectors.

Ake is correct. Same on all years as that is the number I use on my TS kits.

I mic'd my rail last night and got 121.64 mm . My memory was that I told the machine shop to drill them on a 121mm center but I can't find my drawings so I could be wrong ( or I machined them wrong ).

What is a TS kit?

You're making twin screw kits? Cool! Why aren't they on your website?
