Me too. They look purposeful without looking like you're 'trying too hard' to update the look of the car.

Cheers,

Indeed, one should always select purposeful wheels wherever possible!

NICE! I have been looking at the OZ brand for a while. I havn't gotten to the "I need new wheels" stage yet, so I havn't done a lot of investigation on it yet. I really like the OZ wheel style pictured below, but it's only available in 22"... Too Bad....

Those look great on your car. It's amazing how close the original photoshopped image looks to the latest real photos...

Default Wheels

Those wheels look awesome on your car. I haven't seen that exact model wheel before but the oz wheels are pretty popular in the vw ranks. Nice choice, they fit the car well and give it a nice stance.

Nice pick! Wishin my car was at that stage of progression!!

Stan,

Do you have a source for these wheels? I really like the looks of them. Sharky currently has 18" Carrera III's, same as your S4, and I like those a LOT also. Just wondering how these 17" OZ _________ (anyone know the model name) would look. I'm thinking the 17" 's might provide a tad more compliant ride also. Just idle daydreaming at this point, but when it comes time to buy new tires, I might consider a switch. Have you thought about putting them on your S4?

Steve, I dont know much about these wheels, and they were on a 911 previous to me getting them.
They were made in 1996 thats about all i know about them, I could not find any info on retro OZ wheels.
I have not thought about swapping them to the S4 but that might be an interesting idea.
Even with the big brakes i think there is plenty of room
