FWIW, I didn't see heinrich's poll and re-made mine, which has options for closure/moving at the mod's discretion and loving teh dramaz, but if it gets done here, that's cool with me

I'd also put the main performers on this drama llama in a short (1 week) ban just as a reminder not to bring this up again. All would cry foul to be sure but all would remember.
I wasted a ton of my time in the early days really trying to figure out what was going on so I could help out if possible. It took a couple of weeks before it became obvious this was a never ending drama. Sure wish I could have the time back I spent truly working on this.... a ban, their time for mine and the 60 or so others that really got involved trying to help out.

Nah, we a kinder gentler renny now.. Folks are allowed to run their mouths about anything for a short time as long as they are civil about it.
Long as it don't turn into one o them "allmasonallafreekingtime" sites.. We do have some pride, still.
The likely characters have been told to mind their manners and only one is getting close to a vacation so far... He been warned, too. So if'n you see him gone you know where he is (er ain't, whatever).

I don;t really care if it gets closed, I just don't think that it belongs in a *technical* discussion. There is precious little technical information, and the GT cooling mod can be found by a simple search, so I just don't think it's justified in being where it is. That was why in the poll I made, I made it clear that I wanted the mods to choose between deletion and moving, because it isn't my job to say what stays and what goes, but I felt that it reached a point where the thread was no longer serving in the spirit of the subforum where it was located. People can talk all they want in it, but it's justification as a technical thread is flimsy at best, and I feel that the guidelines should be enforced at that point. That's just my $0.02, but I don't think I'm off-base.

In a so-called free country, here's how we do it. We post a poll. People see the opportunity to vote. Then, if they choose to, they can vote, knowing full-well that if they abstain, they will abide by the majority rule.
