Been driving mine all weekend and it has been soooo nice. Running perfect and finally the idle is rock solid at 750 rpm.

Nah... All is cool Mark...
Maybe some Karting would be a nice break!
I just got off a 24 hr shift dealing with the worst thru the night
and thought about how I get to look forward to a spirited drive back to the marina in the '85 Euro this morning - with no traffic! When I pulled in I couldn't even get my gear out of the car without conversations starting about "what a beautiful car" - just kind of puts it all in perspective and makes you appreciate what we have in life!

I love that I'm finally picking mine up in October after being without for 5 (!) years! I'm driving it up to MD from TX - anyone have any good suggestions of good stops along the way?

I love mine too! The wife and I just took a little drive to look at some property and got looks from a teenager on the sidewalk, a guy riding a Ducati, another guy in a C6, and a guy in a pink! 'cuda 340 - gave him the thumbs-up. It's a beautiful 928 day! Got to take another ride in an hour or so, but hauling 4 people means the 928 stays at home.

Once again, I will be heading out to SD, WY, MT, with my 85s in Oct on a "Road Trip". The minor issues that my 928 has had overall, I am not at all concerned about being stuck on the road. Hell.... going 72 mph, the only issue is that the gas tank, does not hold enough gas and that there are no paved roads to Italy!!

Dude - if they had a paved road we'd have a convoy!
But I'm here to tell ya - 72? I refuse to hold mine in 2nd gear that long.
