James,
They will be pretty expensive with that small quantity but I will ask.
I will let you know the price before we order.

James and anyone else who would like a 2009 OCIC T Shirt.
Depending on quantity prices will be from $10 to $20 each.
Please let me know by email how many and what sizes and I will see if we can muster enough to make it worth while.
I will post a seperate thread as well.
Roger

Just made reservations--rooms are still available at $100 for city view and $110 for lake.

This is perfect; Friday-Saturday with ya'll and then NASCAR at Texas Motor Speedway on Sunday. See you there!

Last year Jim was nice enough to loan me an extra radio Saturday morning for the tour.

What type/spec/etc. should I look for, so I can bring my own this year ...

From my experience, you want one with at least 5 mile range (2-3 in reality) and you want sub channels although I don't think we usually use them on the tour since some radios don't have them. Sub channels are good when you are using just the 2 radios that come in the set and you don't want anyone else on the same channel. I've had pretty good luck with the Motorolas. AA batteries are preferred in my opinion. Mine also has a weather channel which can be useful.

It's time to plan our departure from the DFW area to caravan down to Marble Falls. I would like to suggest a late morning departure (10-10:30) from a central location. Last year we all met at a Home Depot on 35W just south of Ft Worth.

Does anyone have a better suggestion? Is everyone able to meet at the established time? This will get us into Marble Falls in plenty of time to wash the cars and settle in.

Also can we get a head count of who is coming?

I would go with you guys, but 10-10:30 might be a bit too early for me too. How about noonish?

Darien Nunn is in town and is planning to come down but needs someone with an extra bed if anybody has room.

With Johns generous offer, I may have a Shark to drive down from Ft Worth Although, Rocket will be jealous I won't be free until Friday evening to get on the road.

If anyone is willing to split a room, please shoot me a PM

Tim, I may be mistaken but I think those are the two we hit last year, but I'm surely not averse to hitting them again.
