^^^^ Probably just needs some low speed passes over some speed humps to settle the suspension? All stretched out from being up on those gorgeous green liftbars?

Do the Wheels black!!!..it realy helps show off the color...a deep bronz color would be very cool too...would remind me of the 60's Lamborghini show cars. i posted a bit ago about the black wheels...and how BMW has a very cool Black metal finish for thier M5's that would realy work here.

Wow very impressive! The green looks great! Your attention to detail during the paint process has really paid off.

11-15-10

Almost finished the 2 headliners and all 4 sun-visors. All I have to do is trim the main headliner and fold back the edges and glue. Re covered in a swede like gray that will go well with the seats I think. The car was ALL black to start with and now it will be gray and black. This headliner material is fairly inexpensive at about $14.00 a yard and the glue I use is 3m 08090 ( heavy adhesion). To add a swede like liner is only a little work and less than $60.00 in materials....I think it will break up the ALL black well. The 2 grays match much better than the flash photo shows.

I will be surprised if this car actually DOES go to your son.

But then, I am the selfish sort.

Funny I was thinking the same thing. After all that work he better learn how to take proper care of it. If he wants some tips on how to maintain everything ask him to send me a PM, be glad to offer him guidance. Just don't blame me if he gets obsessed with detailing.

Truely a labour of love. Giving it to your kid is the ultomate gift. No words can tell it better that you love him and are proud of him.

Looking forward to see it finished.
