Default FS: 928 flat dish rims, staggered.

I really need to get these out of here. My Tilt just crashed on me and I can't stand having a crappy little phone. Lol. $300 for the rims and $350 for the rims and tires. The tires are in great condition. They are Barum tires size's 205/55/16 and the rears are 225/50/16. The color isn't perfect but they defiantly look good. Shipping isn't too bad. Especially with GreyHound. They want half of what UPS and FedEx want usually. Thank's for looking.

I think you are being defiant. Just checking the facts here, but the tires are "good" and you only want $50 for them, but $300 for rims that sell (sometimes) on ebay for $100. I'm just sayin', I ended up giving mine away, like you, to get them out of the garage. Best of luck.

I'll echo Steve's comments some. Many S4 owners have already changed from the flat wheels to others, and have the old ones sitting in storage. I keep mine because they are in perfect original condition, will go with the car to a new owner after K kills me, as part of the everything-original-included MO. Others without the space may be able to sell an exceptional set, but a set that's got any scratches or damage, wheel-cleaner staining on the anodizing, brake dust corrosion or discoloration, or even hard-water stains will be hard to move in this forum at all, and that would be for local pick-up. The tires you have mounted are probably good for holding the car up, but are no-names in the wrong sizes for a 928. The $50 value you put on them is appropriate.

All that said, the wheels were minimally popular on VWs and on some older (80's) Toyota trucks around here.

Note there are some 6 inch wide flat rims in existence used on a 944 variant as I recall........so these fronts could be only 6 inch wide rims that LOOK like 928 rims....

Up here, a set like that is well worth the $350 asking price.

6 inch would be 924 turbo wheels. The typical 944 dish wheels are 7" and 8" but with less offset in the front so both the front and rear wheels have a dish unlike the 928 fronts. I have a set of these in the shed. The pictured wheels look like 928 offset.

I think they look nice painted or polished and are excellent for covering up unattractive brake calipers and are excellent for winter if clearcoted well.

The VW crowd seems to like them also. Maybe try TheSamba if you do not sell them here.

The shipping to Switzerland might be prohibitive.

Not necessarily. USPS, 4 boxes, would be doable. It all depends on the price of the wheels and their condidtion; I may come out ahead.
