So instead of picking up the phone again to make sure there wasn't a problem between them and a supplier, you bashed them then picked up the phone and got it resolved. I'm not a fan of that kind of behavior.
This has been resolved slowly but professionally, so gretch and everyone can take their complaints about my complaint and shove them up your asses

For what it's worth, I have not been happy with the service from 928 Specialists either. Too many orders placed and not processed. Wally's technical insight is greatly valued by the community, but the other 928 part suppliers do a far better job on customer service.
