Our member polecat has obtained a PHD, congrats JOE, this is a big deal, a real big deal IMHO.

I'm working on a similar'ish career change. Occupational Health & Safety, with construction being the focus. hopefully, someday in the future a PEng will be obtained.
working on CRSP first though..
it's take alot of time and dedication for sure, again, congratulations on your acomplishments.
