'82 FS in Memphis - Low Miles, Low Price, BUT...
This '82 on AutoTrader caught my eye:
'82 For Sale in Memphis
Condition looks solid, at least from the pictures. However, the CarFax indicates it has only driven about 3500 miles in the last...15 YEARS! Yikes.
My obvious concerns would be any elastomers (seals, hoses, belts, tires), and of course the TB/WP. On the latter, I know the 32 valve motor is interference, but my recollection is the single cam motor is not...?
Thoughts? Anyone nearby to give it a quick once over?

Broken odometer? I don't think that is a low price either. I'm not saying that it is not worth it, just seems high for an '82 auto in the current market.
