Default 928sRus Fuel Gauge Kit - PLEASE READ

We are aware of a possible failure of a fuel gauge that may have caused an engine fire. If you purchased a kit from us please do not leave it permanently attached to the car. If you wish to maintain the use of the kit as a diagnostic tool that is fine. If you wish to return the kit for a full refund please do. If you need a ball and cap to seal off the end of the fuel rail and you bought a kit from us we will send you them free of charge.

Learned when I had a 944 Turbo that required tuning with Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator that even the best fuel rail mounted gauges while great for tuning, where not good to leave on. In the best case they stopped working after a couple of months. Worst case, leak and cause fires.

Better to be safe than sorry. We have posted the same message on the UK, German and Australian forums.

Wow.

Extremely classy reaction to an isolated "potentially only" issue.

I'm impressed!

I am totally gutted about the fact that one of our gauges may have been the cause of Randy's fire. I can't stop thinking about it and need all to know so hopefully it may not happen to someone else.

Very respectful responce Roger.
I hope you will still make fuel related items availlable.

Carl quit selling his fuel lines and hard ware.
I hope it dose not get hard to find fuel related pieces.
