Default Radiator fluid puddle near Temp II sensor?

Okay....while doing some routine maintenance...I noticed a small puddle of radiator fluid next to the Temp II sensor. As the car sat idle the fluid seeped back where it leaked from, as I was refilling the radiator tank. How bad is the problem?

If I only had a $100.00 bill every time I heard that

Need to fix at your earliest convenience.

All of my leaks have always been one-way. To have a gap large enough that it can suck it back in under vacuum is something I would'nt wait to fix. Where does the fluid pool? I.e., no place on the water bridge that coolant could pool and get sucked back in. There's the valley behind the WP, but nothing to suck that up either. I'd rule out the simple stuff and check your hoses, could just be a loose clamp (hopefully).

I would suggest to drain the radiator then remove the hoses connected to the water bridge inspect all of the hoses that connect to the water bridge where the little nipples contact the hose on its internal wall there is a good chance the hoses have small holes in them from these nipples,
if necessary replace all of the hoses and use a file to file down the nipples i little bit to make them smoother, and clean the corrosion off of each hose fitting
