This thread hasn't been bumped for a long time, but I continue to get frequent orders for these in their various configurations. This is for the recent inquiry about these in connection with the Belly Pan recently announced. These can be conveniently shipped together with a nice savings on shipping and handling.

Right now I am at the kind of end of this Cowl Cover project as it was originally designed, and now I am embarking on a slightly new version of it. The design is the same and has turned out great, but now the material that is available is somewhat improved. I actually forgot the name of the new material that I have found available, but it will form better and has a much more refined texture and will lend itself to these much better. The downside is that the new material is about three times the cost of the original ABS. I have ordered some of it and it will be here in about another week, but then I have about two weeks to schedule the time to form a new batch of these. If these work out the new price is going to be $120 plus shipping. That accounts for the cost of the material and my increased price for my time in forming and finishing them up. I have an order for two of the earlier versions of these and that will take care of those that I have on hand. I still have a few of the S4 versions that I will honor at the $90 price until they are gone. This applies the RHD versions also.

Default She's in!! Thanks Jerry!

Followed the instructions...Jerry pointed out the back wall of the engine compartment was pushed out when we were together in SD.

45 min of wrangling and Jill saying "it looks closer ...I think?

No

Now...on to the belly pan!

Figured I'd give this tread a bump.
Jerry, do you still provide these?
I could use one for my 86.5 project.
Thanks.

Hi Denny. Yes, I still make these and have several in stock ready for final finish and shipping. I am on the verge of scheduling to form a new batch of these since I am down to only 3 or 4 for the S4 cars with the opening for the intensive washer. They are now $125 each plus $25 for the Seal and, for you , $5 for the Shell sticker. The s&h is $45 to domestic locations. You can PayPal to me at jfeather@bresnan.net. Send it to Friends and Family.
