Default How do I pack a radiator for shipping?

How best to pack a radiator for shipping so it doesn't get damaged?

Where can I get packaging for shipping something like this?

I used a special box from U-Haul, I think it's meant for mirrors, good heavy cardboard. Suspended the tanks in a bunch of bubble wrap so the rad was centered inside the box, then put pieces of 1" foam board on either side of the core to protect from sideways impacts.

Just stuff I had around the garage ...

Goto a local radiator shop. They throw out all different sized rad boxes every day for replacements.
