I need help! 82 5 spd wont run.
Cranks fine. I have 37 psi fuel pressure at the rail. injectors are firing according to Noid light. Timming maks all line up for cams. Why wont the F'n thing run ?

Was it running previously?
Last thing done to it?
Getting fuel, but not catching at all, makes me think maybe too rich (could be you need to spend some money), if it was too lean I would think fuel would build up and it would occasionally fire and stumble.
Any gas smell?

sorry guys I've been working on the car non stop for the past few days. We just did an engine swap injectors were firing and have since stopped.
I'll write more latter I think its in the harness some where. Can someone post a diagram of an ECU plug for an 82 5spd with Jetronic injection please or tell me where to find one.
Thanks

replaced relays, then jumper ed them. Noid light was flashing but has since stopped. Plan is to replace green wire and Temp II. Then possibly shoot the b!#*h between the eyes. I wanted to run this car in chump car but its looking more and more like an after market ECU might be in order.
That being said I would like to get her running It's sort of become a grudge match at this point a full week 12 hours a day 2- guys. How can it possibly be this difficult.

green wires will stop about 96% of the engines from running,
Also check the resistors at the fender well

Stan I checked the resistors they were both slightly over the max spec. the .4 ohm was .5 and the .6 ohm resistor was .7 Is that enough of a variance to cause a no run situation? Injectors not to fire?

Another vote on the green wire.
Does the FP run with the stock relay?
I know you said you checked the relays. But the fuel injection relay is special and has 2 87 pins which both receive power when the key gets put into the on position.

No key. ignition switch. Fuel pump runs makes 37 psi then quits. I jumpered ignition relay and fuel pump relay as well as replace with new still same thing no go.
