Grrrrr. I was out flying tonight and just missed a doe off the side of the runway. The bucks are using my shrub to scrape the velvet off their antlers. Damn deer.

For those of you leavin' from south Fort Worth in the morning, I had planned to make that drive, but an issue has arisen that I can't resolve till business opens tomorrow. I'll be a couple of hours late, but will see you folks later. Looks like I'll be leaving from the Denton airport at 10ish.
Whelp, my visit was short lived. I didnt even make it to Hico. My new to me 88 S4 seized the water pump got hot and gave a belt tension warning. Here I sit on the side of the road waiting for ky wife to pick me up. I will tow home and go enjoy my wknd at the lake house. Y'all have fun and dont get caught anymore!

Hit an 8 point buck 45 miles south of Hico last night on our way down. Got pulled over as we were limping her home and cops say more deer have been hit in that area in the last two weeks than the last year. Be careful on your way back home folks!
