Default FS 91 S4 going cheap needs work

Saw this while scouring CL. Passing it on in case anyone is interested as this model year rarely comes up. No affiliation. Looks like it needs some work.

Sad, but probably quite easy to fix and clean-up.

And it's my favorite year of the 928 narrow body.

What!?

Let's nip this in the bud - there is no such thing as a 928 'narrow body'.

That car has been sitting at a gas station for 2 years. Supposedly the owner's car. If it's the same one, it may have been sitting at another gas station for 2 years before that...

Ather, I'm not sure I agree about the "cheap" -- "it needs a few things" I wonder what those things are.

Both systems could have failed (big $$$$) or it could be a bad ground or hacked wiring for the stereo...

Looks rough but original.

I live very much in the area and have seen the car over the past few years. I gave a quick look when it was stationary at a gas station on sunrise highway once. I wouldn't say it was in "rough" shape at all. I just didn't pursue any further because I'm not in love with the auto trans in it. But on initial look it looked ok..

The dash pod being that cracked at 76,000 miles in NY seems odd...when would it have gotten that much sun Unless it was parked outside a LOT !!

Ditto, but it'd have to be quite a lot cheaper to be worthwhile financially IMO.

No hits on the VIN WP0AA292XMS810442 ancient style of mobile phone still in it, this one may have been sitting outside decades.

I'm not really seeing the 'sad' or the 'cheap'.
