What makes you think it's a 928 part?
. I was thinking maybe a seat part but I looked through the STZ pages in PET and don't see anything like it. T-shaped, roll pin, threaded in some but not all holes. Hmm.

It was found in my car after taking the dash out ( the dash still has to go back in) I do not remember taking it off anything. I was wondering whether it came off the steering wheel height adjustment. It may have been a loose part in the car from some another work I suspose

To be fair it is not bolted back on yet so can't check, I broke my leg just before I could put the dash and everything back together so car and interior still in pieces.
