Next time you need to get something resurfaced I'd recommend Mid-5 Auto at 5M and Telegraph. They have a good machine shop with quick turnaround. They have done several things for me on my Audi. Flywheels are $50 and 1 day turnaround.

The Spec clutch has been great. The car puts down a reliable 500 RWHP. The SPec 3+ is supposedly the streetable version of the clutch, but it's borderline. As Jim mentioned, it's a tradeoff. It takes FOREVER to break-in, but then can be smooth. Part of it is certainly getting used to it. It's not quite an ON/OFF switch, but there isn't a whole lot of range to feather it.
The aluminum flywheel stores less energy, so you will need more throttle when coming away from stop signs and such. But, because they store less energy, you will also find the engine accelerates quicker. That's the point of a lighter flywheel.
