Cool My 1983 928S

After a loooong search and much research I have finally found my 928!
A 1983 928 S auto with about 145000km, in very good condition. New paint and seat leather about 4 years ago and recent mechanical works (including TB)
A few minor things to fix up but nothing major. Only thing to fix ASAP is to modify seat base to give more headroom

I do need some better pics but will have to do for now....

Very nice.

Just be sure they have done the rubber fuel lines under the hood. If original...the will be subject to leak and cause a engine compartment fire.

Congratulations, on your new love.

Brian.

Gorgeous. Love the color too. I'd pull the tow hook out of the front and put it back in the tool panel. Somebody painted to match, but it looks silly on a street car, like you are expecting to break down

I always get backwards when I see pics of the steering wheel on the "other" side - then I saw your loc.

Very nice car! It's too bad they painted the black beading around the bumpers, but still very presentable. The PO did the same thing to my '88 S4 5spd. I masked and carefully painted it with Testors Flat Black enamel. Looks much better. That would be color code 810 Rubinrot Metallic, Ruby Red of which I am partial to. I have an '83 and '84 in the same color. Enjoy your new to you Shark. Welcome to the group!

Thanks, on the top of my to do list. It has most likely been in for a few years so hopefully comes out easily.....
