Fish Net why don't you bring that bad boy down to 3rd coast for one last good hard run. You might find a buyer down here that will drive it like they love to be driven... Hard & Fast Mike

We told you to STAY AWAY from the fire ants, and to eat the jalapenos.

How did we know you would get confused by that?

Brian ~ Tell the wife you are saving a very rare breed from being BEAT TO EXCRUCIATING PAIN live in front of oil and race fuel fans on a twisty track of destruction. Wait... damn that sounds fun.

Mike ~ If I bring her down them there yonder to run with your bulls you may have to swing them hanging nuts over to the new Chief... and switch over to Nati Light around the fire ant pit. Wow. that sounds fun too, make room on the ranch for me to move down there dammit!

"LOTS OF COLD BEER" That is a VERY KEY selling point!!

Unfortunately, I am a Scottish-Swedish Viking who takes food and fast muscle cars down like a savage Apex predator Hyena. (I still want one of those. They always laugh at everything you say around the bon-fire, so cute).

Fortunately, I am still unemployed. Hence... selling the Super-Shark. BUT! As long as I can go fishing, drink beer out of my cooler scooter and garage my 3 vehicles... I'd love to shred some tires down there.

WHO WANTS BEER FISH NETS TO MOVE IN!!??

Okay, I see the issue. You just haven't found a sponsor!!!

Apply for the Nati Light racing team membership. You can be in charge of keeping the beer cold, the racing team girls warm, and transporting the race cars to the next race.

Apply to be on the Nati Light fishing team. Probably comes complete with boat, RV, fuel, BEER, and travel expenses. I'm a little fuzzy on whether they have fishing team girls, but if they do, you would probably have to keep the girls cool by spraying water on their Tee shirts. It can get hot out there on the water.

Apply to be on the scooter cooler racing circuit. Everybody knows that racing drivers get all the women. Find a rich woman who loves scooter cooler racers and have her fund your lifestyle. Or if you are successful enough racing scooter coolers, you could get a sponsorship and then it wouldn't matter which woman you chose.

Only sell the 928 as a last resort. I know you can't be to your last resort yet, because I gave you 3 good leads here!!!

I understand the need to sell, however I would hang on to our cars to the bitter end. these cars are amazing as I know you are aware of/ Your car and mine are like cousins so don't break up the fam.

Good luck on the job hunt and try to hold out as long as possible.

OK so what happened?

Still for sale, false start on selling...or is there another owner to validate the alleged chutzpah?

Sheesh !
There's an easy way to make John "see the light" and keep his awesome car!
His price is $18K OBO
All we gotta do is "OBO" such crummy offers that John gives up in frustration.
I'll start the bidding.
Twenty bucks. Cash.

SO! The closest offer was above $18K. I was SERIOUSLY close to taking it, but when I drove her to the PPI, it woke me up again. I bailed on the sale. I told him "NO HACKER, NO SALE"!!

By the way, if anyone locally has Transmission experience, I still have the original awesome trans/diff with two bad synchros (SP?) in the garage. Wanna show me how to fix it?

Good thinking...

Reminds me of being at a local bar and asking for a "Hacker" and the bartender said "You mean a 'Hocker?'"

Sure.

So next time I'm there I said "I'll have a Hocker." and the bartender said "You mean a 'Hacker?'"

Sure.

Tasted the same.

Have a Nice Saturday.

OK. Still no job, it gets better every day! And, the mileage has gone up by a few 100, still for sale, I think.
