That looks exactly like what a semi bump did to one of mine. Get replacement bumper, lenses (they will be spider cracked) possibly shocks (mine was tapped just above the bumper so no need) 928intl has or can obtain all needed.

Sheesh.
I really hate to see this.
So sorry.
Makes me want to hack up an alarm proximity sensor
https://www.viper.com/car/accessorie...urbance-sensor
with the good ol' Stebel Nautilus (139 dB)
http://www.stebel-usa.com/product/31...er_compressor/
mounted under my rear bumper.
Some nitwit gets too close in traffic, triggers the proximity sensor and HOOOONNNKKKKK ! from the Stebel.....

Sorry to see this. Seems the norm anymore. Hopefully you can repair it easily.
Yes, punching the chit-for-brains in the face would feel wonderful, but only complicate issues.
Brian.

Thanks for the words of support Fellas.
I never got an apology either...what's wrong with some people?
...and to add insult to injury...this happened exiting the mall parking lot...so private property...Cop can't charge the twit...
Cheers,
Adrian

Its only this ****ty province that has this issue. The cop can charge the driver under the criminal code for "dangerous operation of a motor vehicle" but not anything under the HTA.
I would speak to the staff Sargent, you probably wont get anywhere but you never know.
Edit. If you were exiting are you sure you were not on city property? I would be looking at a survey as the city property begins well before the road in most cases.

^^^ Yup, you are right. The right-of-way extends further into "private propert" than most people think but this would not fall into the dangerous operation of a vehicle. It's a minor collission, not fair to even ask for the dangerous operation.

Interesting Adam...this never occurred to me...its worthy of some investigation.
Having the twit charged wouldn't remedy a damn thing...and perhaps at my age...i should be the bigger man...but like a lot of my generation...i am sick to freakin death of the lack of consequences for abjectly irresponsible behaviour.
Thanks for this Adam.
Cheers

I'm with you, people need consequences for their actions. Ontario needs to fix this as it's the only province where cops an not charge on private property under the HTA.
And yes the "dangerous operation" probably doesn't apply in this situation as it was fairly minor.
Go to the city building department and ask for a survey of the area in question.
