Question Rear light clusters - securing ****/screw?

Does anyone know the specifications of the plastic ****/screw that secures the back cover of the rear light clusters? Mine are missing in action :-( 1985.5 Porsche 944.

It is, indeed, and M5 thread. I found some knurled nuts via McMaster (part 96445A360) that work pretty well. These also work for some of the side marker lamps, in combination with a retaining clip. I also found some knurled nuts via MSC that have a larger diameter head, useful for my fat fingers (https://www.mscdirect.com/product/details/79278974).

Cheers,

Glenn

No affiliation, but I believe Larts Parts on eBay has them (used). I just bought a couple parts from him and am happy with the outcome

Thanks! I just ordered a couple of 40mm M5 thumb screw bolts from a different Ebay seller, and hope they will fit!
