Default Lemons suspension upgrades

I have an 89 944 base that we just ran in lemons at high plans, this is suspension is incredibly soft and we are looking for some easy upgrades. I'll spend the next few months looking for a sway bar or shocks in the local area. I just figured I would pick everyone's brains while I dig through the forums and see about any good ideas, any easy bolt-on upgrades from other cars? Ideas for super cheap ways to sriffen up the suspension? Id got a couple issues we are looking to sort out now including fuel starvation, but I think I figured those out. If we can sort out the suspension we might have a decent car. Any input or ideas is much appreciated, thank you very much.

I have all kinds of Elephant suspension bushings that were never used for a 944. Plus Delrin sway bar bushings drop links, etc. that I modeled in SolidWorks and got machined.

Last raced in 2008 parts are taking up a little space in the garage. I even have fiberglass front fenders, never mounted.

All for sale.

IMO, there are fixes but what is the car not doing. Does it understeer or oversteer in slow speed cornets? Does the car rotate in slow speed corners? Suspension tuning is a science that if not followed, you can make the car handling worse.
