Have not located what it is, so anyone can make some guesses? I was quite sure it was the fuel pump from sitting inside car, until I realized it came from under the hood. Rollers? Waterpump? Other? I am not sure on this, but it does not seem to follow revs, or while revving, the revving noise overcomes the high pitch such that it is not hearable.

Sounds like balance/vibration shaft bearings-don't drive it unless you want to replace the engine. Cheaper to pay for new belts/bearing replacement.
