944S Cyl Head Pressure reducing Valve
Hi,
I own a 944S and plan to replace the Cylinder Head Pressure Reducing Valve (944 107 139 00). I found out that it cost $500+.
Does anyone know where I could just get the 2 O-rings or Oil seal of the valve?
Attached picture below.
Thanks to all.

Get BUNA-N 70 metric o-rings from ORingsAndMore or The ORing Store . I order from them frequently for transmissions for which Porsche no longer offers seal kits. They're the right part, and wicked inexpensive.

The pressure valve on mine was clogged up with debris and kept oil from getting to the top of the head after work done to replace the valves. Make sure to clean it out while you have it out. I cleaned mine and changed the o-rings rather than buy a new one

Yes there is little to go wrong with the valve other than clogging and o-rings. I actually put mine in a sonic cleaner then used compressed air to check operation. No need to buy a new one unless there is obvious damage.
Here is what mine looked like after cleaning.

Blow into a lower hole with an air nozzle while thumb and forefinger cover two of the (lower) holes. You should see the piston move up and at least partially uncover the upper holes. Watch the piston move up and down a few times as put the nozzle to the hole and remove it. If the piston doesn't stick, you're ready to reinstall it.
