Default Please help get this S2 started..UPDATE no power at fuel pump?

Been trying things for a few months now..
Bought the car non running.
Car cranks and I think there is fuel, but no spark has been missing until recently when ignition module was replaced, but spark looks weak.

Some small evidence that someone tried to break into the car through the pillar on the door.
ABS fuse blows every time I insert a new one, immediately.

-Reference sensor was replaced with a cheap new unit bought online. (?)
-I think there is no tacho movement during cranking.
-Replaced ignition module with a volvo type (I think they are same?) and there is now a very small spark, but looks weak.
-Hall sender sensor including plug was replaced.
-DME was replaced with known good relay.
-Ignition wires are still old.

Next step? Try a new computer? original alarm/immobiliser issues? How to bypass/fix that?

Any advice would be appreciated. 50 USD paypal'd to the first who gives valid advice that make the car start.

If you could somehow temporarily swap the ecu for one from a working car, this would be a simple way to check this, because it sure could be the issue. From my understanding of this issue, if the tach does not bounce, the computer is a possible culprit. Used ones are available online, but it would stink to pay for one and wait for it to show up and not be the problem.

1. Is the timing belt good and is it turning the camshaft sprocket?
2. Bypass the DME relay as per Clarks Garage:
http://www.clarks-garage.com/shop-manual/fuel-05.htm
3. Do you have fuel pressure at the rail where the injectors are?
4. You say you have weak spark. Pull a plug or connect a plug wire to a known good spark plug and see what the spark is like.
5. If you have spark, spray some starting fluid/ether into the intake and see if the engine tries to start or runs briefly.

Report you findings and we will go from there.

Default Have somehow spark, now fuel is missing

Ok, after changing the ignition module, and doing some work at the alarm ECU whick looked a little burnt, replaced the distributor cap, there now seems to be spark at the plugs.

Have ordered a used ECU and alarm box, and will replace when getting here.
There is no fuel pressure. There is no power to the fuel pump.
What electrical issues do I need to look into here? What does that alarm box really do? Other things that can cut power to the fuel pump?

Grasshopper, try #5:

"5. If you have spark, spray some starting fluid/ether into the intake and see if the engine tries to start or runs briefly."
