I am going nuts waiting to get my cab out of winter hibernation. It's been garaged since November with this horrible Chicago winter this year. Just received and need to install slave cylinder and doing the hose also while I am in there.

Put most of the hardware together for the refinished Weltmeister swaybar. All grade 8 hardware. Everything else is powder coated.
The Dynatech strut bar has some powder coated parts and some anodized parts.

Finally got to put in my new lloyds mats and spr racing pedals. outside of maintenance, that would make me 100% completed with mods for her.

Installed slave cylinder and started her up. First time since November with this horrible winter we had here. Didn't have time to drive but at least she's ready for the road now.

it was a crappy winter. I got the alignment done last week. I had replaced my bearings, motor mount and belts. I am working on door lock issue but have part just need my son's smaller hand to get it back together. I have managed to put a 100 miles on her in the mean time.

Finished everything I can do on my used bottom end rebuild before having to take parts off the engine in the car. Every part has been removed inspected, cleaned and re installed to spec, every seal and gasket has been changed, new rod/main bearings installed.

I will wait until I have at least 2 full days to work on it before I start taking parts off the engine in the car since I am still driving it with the old engine in. Oil pressure problem and all it is still a pleasure to drive. Can't wait to swap the engine so I can stop worrying about oil pressure.

BTW I have lots of spare engine parts off a 90 S2 engine that had about 100k on it to sell if anyone needs all nice condition:

Cams
Tensioner
Chain
Valves
Springs
Lifters
Cam gear
Crank gear
Intake
Exhaust
Injectors
Fuel rail
Cam cover
ETC.

PM if interested

Replaced the heater control rod clip under the dash by the drivers right knee and recharged the A/C system.
The engine is starting to leak more oil than I am comfortable with. Time to step up and get the 951 engine swap going.

where is it leaking? wouldn't it be faster and easier to fix the leak.

Ok I would like to kow what the little roll bar costs and where would I find one?

I can't find it in myself to pay some guy to drive his car around the track when what I want to do is drive mine.

I was planning on going to an event and cant drive my car because of the PCA rules

The engine has almost 180,000 miles and it is definitely leaking from the pan gasket and front seal. It looks like it is leaking from the rear main seal as well.

The goal was to swap in the 951 engine from my old car when I bought this car. I've just been lacking proper motivation to get it done.

Fixing the leaks might be the faster repair but the "faster" I want will come with the new engine.

I want one of those!! I have see a couple of cars with them installed and it looks very nice. And without the harness bar the back seat is still accessible.

I might consider taking a drive.

They are in Fishkill, NY. 500 km from me.

I like the price I wish it was close. if it could be shipped I guess I would have a fathers day present. If we could keep our eyes open and post. I want one.
