Default tranny trouble, help!

I was driving along today when i start hearing a clicking noise from the rear of the car. It appeared only when accellerating with a load on the engine. Then it became difficult to shift, and i grinded going into second gear, when it usually shifts smoothly. Now it is very difficult to move the shifter around. The cv's look fine from the outside, and my autothority short shifter is adjusted like it always is. Could it be a driveshaft problem? Or an internal serious tranny problem?

Thanks for the help

Maybe the springs in the clutch fell out and are jammed in place. Quit driving the car till you fix it... Now you can only do more damage!

sounds like a fragged clutch, does the pedal feel like it's jammed?

Hmm, the problem miraculously disappeared when i tightened (and locktighted) all the connections on the autothority short shifter. All I can do now is pray that it doesnt come back.
