What are these acres for?

Aside from plugging four holes, so these bolts hold anything together? As you can see they are missing from my recently purchased 944 turbo. Any idea of the bolt size or a part number?

There was an OEM ski rack that attached to those bolts. We discuss it in this old thread, but all the pics are dead. I still have mine in storage somewhere:
