Default KLA spherical upper strut bearing

http://www.paragon-products.com/product_p/kla_944sm.htm

I just saw these on sale at Paragon. Anyone using these yet? Or any KLA people reading this? How much extra road noise-vibration-harshness do these transmit? And more importantly, do they improve steering, road feel, feedback, etc? Or are they just a heavier duty replacement for stock?

There was another thread on this in the last few days. Search for KLA over the last week and you'll find it.

Thanks--found it and it answered all of my questions.

But I'm wondering (just like the last question in the other thread) if KLA has any plans for an affordable camber adjustable model? So anyone from KLA, please respond if you see this.

No plans for an adjustable right now. I really don't think we could do it any better/cheaper than the set Paragon has for $295.......

Awesome... Scott, do these change the height from the factory settings? Looks like I know where my next $120 is heading...

Regards,

Regards,

Not significantly, no. Our measurments suggest a difference of less than 5mm.

From someone who hasn't been bored enough to tear into my front suspension, let me ask this:

If I buy a set of replacement struts and a pair of KLA spherical upper strut bearings, what other replacement parts should I buy while I'm at it? Thanks.

Caster blocks, definitely. Bushings, probably.

DL-

Talk to Skip at Paragon. He will set you up with all the hardware and bushings needed. This is on my list of winter projects and I plan to replace every piece of hardware and bushing I can find.
