Tires...
Please no flames - I've done a number of searches on this topic and couldn't find the info I am looking for.
If price and longevity were not considerations (ie focusing solely on performance), what is the best all around tire for dual use (track and street), in both dry and wet conditions?
Thanks in advance

Toyo RA1 or the Nitto 555R, if you're going to take it both places on the same tires - with both wx conditions.
check out the Nitto 555R

why not a good rain/longevity/performance tire for street, and a great grip tire for track if price is no object? best way to do it as you'll just be going thorugh tires in 5 or 6 k with weird wear and possible damage to your street wheels using em as dual purpose.

The Fk451 held up to a bit of track punishment for me as a dual use tire.

Michelin Pilot Sport 2 seems to work rather well at the track (for a street tire, anyway). Plus they don't start tearing like some street tires do, ie. they stand up to the abuse a lot better than some other tires.
