Default Repair cracked x-hour/manifolds or replace?

I have developed some exhaust leaks and am wondering if it is worth repairing the manifolds (have TIG welder available) or should I just buy an uncracked set?

Call Tim @ SFR, he'll set you up with a better flowing piece that will not crack again after you install it.

And if you aren't rolling in the dough...

Then they can be welded fine... eventually they will probably crack again but whatever. Make sure you do it right. Drill the ends of the cracks and manage the heat properly.

While I am sure Tim's are excellent in every fashion, they are very expensive. Usually a crack can easily be fixed with a quick weld, as long as the crack is not too egregious.

I had mine welded by a 951 pro five years ago, no leaks yet.
