Default I promise the next will be a Porsche, but here is the next project :)

Pure track car, extensive cage going in at the moment... class racing, so wont be overboard on the power. But good times. Firewall being moved back a little for the 20v 4AGE motor. A few cool things planned but as it sits the spec is TRD 2 way LSD, 4 wheel disk brakes, Superlite wheels 13", RCI fuel cell, 5 speed T50 gearbox, etc..

Hmmmm cage finished, now me doing some body work and primer / paint prep

The full wet race weight will be under 800kg. Targeting the mid 700's.

Toyota Sprinter yes? I had a friend with one back in the mid '80s. Totally stock. We drove it from Sydney to Adelaide to see the first F1 race down under for many years. I basically drove back home non stop (except for petrol, pies, & pissing). Door to door 12 hours. 1400kms. Very impressive for back in those days.
You going to turbo it?

Those two japanese gentleman should learn how to use their feet...

Check out how Timo Mäkinen (one of the Flying Finns) did it over 40 years ago:

Love the AE86. Have thought often about picking one up as a project car, but the premium they go for right now is huge. There was one not to far from me, just a roller with mostly complete body. Reasonably clean car, little rust. Asking price was $4,000..that didnt even include an engine or transmission!

Techno if you're honestly interested in one, there is one up by me that I know the owner would sell, orange hatch, blacktop 20V, ITB's, coilovers, I think wantanabe wheels, and a bunch of carbon fiber jib jabs. Looks really clean. I can get info if you'd like.

That cage roll bar was nice and tight. Very cool.

Its a Trueno... Not going to turbo it as quite a few of my mates run in the 1600cc class so will battle it out with them
